We offer several easy ways to pay your utility bill: Pay in Person
You may pay in person at our office on Utility Parkway in Cedar Falls.
Customer Service is open weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If you can't visit us during those weekday hours, use our convenient drop-box locations and your payment will be processed the next weekday morning. An easy-access 24/7 drive-up drop box is right outside our front door at our office on Utility Parkway. For the convenience of customers near the UNI campus, the walk-in drop-box at University Book & Supply at 1009 W 23rd Street is open Mondays 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesdays-Thursdays 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Fridays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Ckeck-A-Matic - Automatic payments from your checking account
Sign up for Check-A-Matic to eliminate the need to write a check for utility services and assure that payments are made on time. With Check-A-Matic, the utility bill is automatically deducted from an authorized checking account on the bill due date. Check-A-Matic customers receive a monthly utility statement, and participants' bank statements will show the utility payment deduction.
