Online Utility Account Dashboard Update
CFU customers who use the online utility account dashboard can expect to see an updated version in December.
The dashboard will receive a refreshed look, consistent with the new CFU website launched last year.
Feature favorites such as the ability to pay your bill online, access past bills and view utility usage will remain. Beyond the look and feel of the dashboard, much of the update is to the behind-the-scenes functionality and will provide better security.
Once the update is complete, customers will be prompted to update their password upon their first login. When customers login, they will be sent a secure code via the email address associated with their utility account to verify their identity. With the secure code, customers can then choose a new password. Usernames will remain the same.
