Broadband Outage in Western Cedar Falls

We are aware of a broadband outage currently affecting internet, TV and phone service for some customers in western Cedar Falls. The fiber must be replaced due to animal damage.

The affected area includes residents on Clark Drive, Summit Drive and Laurel Circle.

Our Communication Techs are currently on site and working to replace the fiber. Services are expected to be restored yet tonight.

If you have any questions about this outage or need tech support, Help Desk staff is available 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. weekends at 319-268-5221.
